We stayed at this hotel in April 2024. It´s a great 3 star hotel, clean, nice/helpful staff and perfectly big rooms with great service. The hotel´s location is perfect for exploring Paris by walking or the many communication options next to the hotel. The hotel is located next to many restaurants shopping and supermarkets.

How much anticipated trip to Paris was met with extremely rude staff at Hotel Elixir. Our four day stay was full of bad experiences in the room. We overlooked quite a few things but it just got to be to the point that the shower was over flooding in the bathroom and we weren’t able to use the bathroom, the shower door was in opera bowl, but that wasn’t even the reason for the shower over flooding. It was so filthy under the bed and for four days in a row I kept asking them to clean. There was a previous guest socks under there and lots of dirt. It just went on and on, and the manager was very unaccommodating no matter talking to him every day. There are other places that provide such an incredible experience as we have had on our many trips to Paris. It’s unfortunate, but the Hotel Elixir fell very short .

I reserved this hotel because it is reasonably priced for its location (location is fantastic! - everything is so close but also you can easily get to this place without changing RER from the airport. What I liked about this hotel is not just its location but also its clean condition and daily service. Staffs are all very friendly and I have nothing to complain about. I'll definitely use this hotel again if I visit Paris.

This hotel is very well-situated to everything, and except for the usual Paris ambulance sounds which you would hear most anywhere, was pretty quiet! We liked being able to open the windows. The quad room is small, as we expected but fine for sleeping. Laurent and the man at the desk at night who arranged a cab for us were very nice. The one thing that would make a big difference and is such a small thing to implement is somewhere in the shower to put soap, shampoo, razors. There was no little tray or perch so you end up having to stoop down and pick up soap and other things off the shower floor all the time! Kind of dangerous too - one could slip. Other than that, it was great!

i had better hotels in my stay in paris for lower prices. the room wasn't clean, the garbage cans were full, the toilet trees were open. the location is great and there is an elevator, the staff is good. the room wasn't clean.
